Well Now Store ships worldwide, on business days with the help of reliable, proven logistics partners. We’ll ship your order in 3 (three) business days. You’ll get your order delivered in 5-12 business days depending on your locaion. We do not ship at the weekends and on public holidays.

Canceling your Order

  • If your order has not yet shipped, please contact our Customer Service department, and we’ll attempt to cancel your order.
  • If your order has already shipped, unfortunately we are unable to cancel it. However, you can return the unopened product for a full refund or exchange it for something else. Please note that the refund does not include the cost of shipping. For more information on returning an order, please read our Returns section below.
  • If you need to edit or make changes to your order after it has been submitted, please contact our Customer Service Department. We may be able to make the needed changes without canceling the order.

Damaged/wrong Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, or expired, or you ordered some other items,  or ithe product you ordered has some other manufacturing issues, please contact our Customer Service department with your name, order number, and the product’s LOT number and expiration date, the two typically printed next to each other on the bottom of the container. Once we receive this information, we will reply with the best options for your situation.


At Well Now Store, we do want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re unhappy with your order, whatever the reason may be, we’ll try to help. Contact our Customer Service within 30 days of your purchase and if the products are unpacked we’ll give you a full refund.
